How to find us

 

From the UK/northern Europe:

 

Air: Flights to Pau by Air France from Paris and Lyon. Pau airport is 40 minutes’ drive from Nay.

 

EasyJet and others fly to Bordeaux and Toulouse - between two and two and a half hours' drive from Nay.

 

Ryanair flights to Biarritz and Lourdes airports from London Stansted. Biarritz airport is about 80 minutes away. Lourdes is only 35 minutes drive from Nay.

 

Train: Eurostar to Lille or Paris. Pau connects to the major French rail routes via trains that run to Bordeaux, Toulouse and Dax. Paris to Pau by train takes between 5hr 30  and 7 hours, depending on the route and time of day.

 

Nay has its own little railway station – Coarraze-Nay, about five minutes’ walk from the house. Trains go to Pau (12 minutes) and Bayonne or to Lourdes and Tarbes in the other direction.

 

Road: We’re about 10 and a half hours’ straight driving time from Calais. It’s motorway most of the way, though you can also choose to travel by A roads (routes nationales). The A65 links Bordeaux and Pau – so you can drive here from Bordeaux in two and a half hours.

 

Via Spain:

 

Brittany Ferries run from Portsmouth to Bilbao – then it’s about three and a half hours’ drive to Nay.
